STAYCATIONS: THE NEW NORMAL

• Check-in safely

Hotel key cards are sanitised before being passed to guests to access their rooms. Contactless payment is encouraged to minimise contact. Check-in and check-out timings are staggered to reduce crowding.

• Spick and span

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before guests arrive. Extra attention is given to high-touch areas such as the telephone, door handles and remote controls. Hand sanitisers are provided to guests in their rooms. No more than fiveguests are allowed per room.

• At your service

Seats and menus are sanitised before guests are seated, and again when they leave. For a safer option, guests can access digital menus by scanning the QR code provided at each table. Guests in buffet restaurants must order their food and drinks at their tables and wait to be served.

• Sweat it out

Fitness machines and equipment are sanitised by staff immediately after use. Bookings must be made before visiting shared facilities such as the gym, pool and spa.

WHAT GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF

• Allow staff to scan your ID for contact tracing

• Keep at least 1m apart from others

• Wear a mask at all times in public areas

• Avoid crowded places

• Use contactless payment whenever possible
