Johan Loze pulverizes Ahmed Afif’s victimization claims

In terms of free entertainment, the public was served with a mega dose when the MNAs delivered their final speeches in the National Assembly under the guise of debating on the Political Parties Amendment Act. Very little if any time was actually dedicated to the matter before the National Assembly, but rather it was the start of the political party broadcasts for the forthcoming elections.

One by one the MNAs pleaded the cause for their respective party in their bid to get votes. All caution was thrown to the wind and it was truly a gloves off affair. Even if the LDS has a majority in numbers they did not necessarily get the upper hand in the debate. As usual one of the main pitches of the LDS is the supposed victimization which many Seychellois claim to have suffered under the SPUP/SPPF/Parti Lepep/US government. Unfortunately for Ahmed Afif, he decided to use that strategy to try and put himself across as a person who has been terribly victimized throughout his life; not realizing that in so doing he was opening up an avenue for US MNA Johan Loze to really pour scorn over him!Afif’s claim of being victimsed were overturned when Johan Loze pointed out that his victimization was such that he went to university paid for by government, got a lucrative job in the same government was able to ascend to the position of governor of the Central Bank and Principal Secretary for Economic Development when the fabled 50 million dollars went missing on his watch. Loze pointed out that if this is really victimization, then everyone should be victimized that way!

“You do realize that you are unique because your victimization defied the laws of gravity in that it did not pull you down but pushed you up to become the deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles!” Loze stated!
